Its alright! Breathe my dear! . Try not to rely on a scale so much, its very misleading. You could also be retaining water if you're not drinking enough water. Along with a scale, try to use a measuring tape :). I wish you the best of luck!

Start off with a soup (wonton is my favorite) and when it comes to the actual meal, veggies, veggies, veggies! And brown rice would be okay too. Since I've struggled on and off with an eating disorder, I try not to weigh myself often. I would say once a week or when you feel up to weighing yourself. Just remember! The number on the scale can be deceiving!!

I'm sorry that you had a rough day :( and its probably because of inhaling it so quickly. No worries :) McDonalds is a weakness of mine as well. The mcnuggets are sooooo good though! Its so terrible for my stomach though. Grease doesn't sit well there...hope you're feeling better and all is well!
