Congratulations!! There are so many individuals on MFP who comment that their spouse fails to support them- it looks like the two of you make an amazing team!

If you are trying to stay away from just eating the fruit or juicing it...google: savory honeydew recipes- they have an amazing grilled shrimp and honeydew gazpacho recipe!

Other than for core strength- I do planks because I feel that it helps me realign myself and my focus. As weird as it sounds, I use it as a time to stabilize and relax- beast yoga pose perhaps hah!

Hello! I am Corinne and I am 30 years old. I currently live in Jersey City, NJ but will be moving with my husband and pet pig Olive, into the Fairmount area of Philadelphia this summer to start medical school. I really enjoy being active and spending time outdoors and am looking to MFP to keep me motivated when school…

My husband and I always make our own pizzas- generally because I have a dairy allergy and people tend to screw things up hah! But over the years we have become super creative... -Breakfast pizza: cook dough first till almost done and then add your favorite scrambled egg combinations Egg white/egg combo chopped peppers and…

Hi! I actually got married in 2012- was pretty successful using mfp though! My goal was to basically just tone up and focus on a fairly clean diet.

developing a dairy allergy at the age of 24 was the best cure for my doritos addiction haha
-
I have no experience with chicken allergies but I developed a dairy allergy about 6 years ago at the age of 24! I was not a dessert fan (thank goodness) but cheese was a staple in my life! Use it as an opportunity to try new foods and combinations! Chicken is boring anyway haha- spice it up a little!

i absolutely love ****ake mushrooms- actually every and all mushrooms hah. I love to pack my mushrooms into homemade ravioli or in Asian soups/lettuce wraps. I generally cook with whatever is around and rarely use recipes but i did a quick search for you and these all look amazing:…

Really into this thread-hopefully a ton of people will post. Today is Day 7 of my first week of Insanity. While I am sure no differences can be seen yet, my body does feel much "tighter" AKA sore!

I am in the same position too! recently married- May 2012- and we had a tough year with family health issues...my mother was dx with breast cancer and his 35yo brother died of a sudden heart attack. I took the opportunity to really focus on the way I want to live my life- exercise, life, and keep a fairly clean diet. While…

I love to cook too! I actually have more anxiety about eating out. I find my kitchen to be my safe haven because I know exactly what I am putting in my body. Don't be concerned with finding recipes- the GOOGLE MACHINE is a wonderful help! I love skinny taste but I also enjoy ELLIE KRIEGER and recipes on a Mediterranean…

Whoah! We do not put heavy cream in ours.. nix it! Also, you only need a drizzle

I am unsure if you like fish, but I guess it could be made with chicken or vegetables... For Christmas Eve, my family cooks a purely Italian fish dinner and one of the dishes my father makes is a shrimp salad stuffed into half an avocado and spoon Louie sauce over it.. I do not have the secret recipe but I found one…

First off, I second the Puttanesca. I love fish in parchment paper or foil, whatever you have around. The fish steams in whatever juices you have and stays super moist. Just one recipe below but you really can stick anything you want with it. I am unsure if you like sushi but I wrap marinated halibut or cod with a piece of…

I got married last May so I can totally relate. I agree with the previous posts about setting priorities. Now that I am on the other side of wedding gowns and cake cutting, I think you need to set lifetime goals, not wedding goals. No one wants to be the bride who gained everything back once the dress unzipped. Try to…

Seems bizarre...I love butterfish and have never had any issues...

I generally feel that my body responds so well to interval training. Ditto to it getting more difficult the closer you get!

Better suggestion... steam them! I wrapped marinated chicken breasts with seaweed the other day, popped it in my bamboo steamer-->perfection!!!
