  • I'm at 288 lbs, so both the treadmill and MFP said I burned 323 (or so) calories. My heart rate was at 150-158.

  • I had one of my mother's friends on facebook ask me WHY I weigh out my food, that I should count calories and she's a personal trainer yadda yadda she can give me advice on losing weight. Well half her message was spelled wrong, no punctuation, not to mention "MS. Personal Trainer"...how are you supposed to count calories…
  • I love those sparkling water drinks too- you can by them by the liter bottle in walmart or in the Dollar General, and they are like 2 for the price of 1 soda. Walmart has TONS of flavors- my two favorite are lemon, and Pineapple coconut (the pinapple coconut one tastes just like a virgin pina colada!)
