Well I lost nothing the week before last. This week I lost 2.4 lbs. Guess trying to make up for lost time. Unfortunately I did not lose 10 lbs in April (only half :-( )..so....need to focus extra hard for May so I can make up for it! 2 lbs from hitting a milestone....I will be in the 170s...something I havent seen in 7…

Not entirely..... I am losing but not like I want to. I finally started to do SOME workouts...my toes are still messed up so its a bit painful and I cant do everything. But anything helps right? Well I lost .2lbs the next day haha. Not much of a loss sadly. Lets keep our chins up and work extra hard this week for those of us that didnt lose! And congrats and keep up the good work to those that did!

I work 45 hours a week and its work where I am on my feet and lifting and moving heavy things all day, talking to people, and walking the sales floor a few dozen times that I am utterly exhausted when I get home. Count me in! I have a special visitor coming in July and I need to lose a minimum of 30 lbs by then! Preferably 45 but I would take 30! I am currently injured but am going to do what I can despite the foot! And watching my food for sure. WOOT! Glad to be back on track!

I lost .4 lbs this week! First lost in 2 weeks :-( I have lost 5 total for the month of October so far. I have injured my stupid leg pretty bad so will see if I can continue losing just keeping at 1200 calories I guess. :-( A little bummed. Hopefully in a week I will be better and can slowly start working out again.

Im not sure I should work out on this leg anymore. Its really bad- even with a brace on it all day long. Im really frustrated atm. This si what got me fat in the first place - injuries where I coudlnt walk. Im so angry right now.

This week I only lost .4 lbs and 2.5 inches. :-( Im not doing so well. With my leg injured I cant really bust out the workouts like I need to. This sucks.

Going to be doing Day 5 lvl 2 today. My knees are so bad that I have had to skip alot of days this week. but Ive lost another 2.5 inches this week anyway, so I cant wait for my final results at the end of this level! Granted I cant do jumping jacks or jumping rope at ALL but I modify and do something else just as strenous…

Thanks. I am not really losing in my arms either. My main areas have been bust, waist, hips, and a little on the thighs and calves. I do 30 day shred, Winsor Pilates, and Stairstepper. I am thinking of adding tae bo next week if my knee quits hurting. Maybe that will help.

Took yesterday off due to my knees....they still hurt..my pulled shoulderblade muscle still hurts - but I did Day 2 Level 2 today. Ugh. I really wish the weight would drop off so my knees can have a break from this big ole butt. :-\ Inches are great...but I need pounds too. A little discouraged but going to do Day 3 level…

Are you eating all of your exercise calories back? You need to. Also, you should probably raise your calorie intake. Your body is used to eating 2500 and suddenly its cut in half.....probably freaking your body out. I would say change your goal to losing a lb a week versus two (this gives you more calories to eat), eat all…

From what I have read you should be eating your exercise calories back...all of them. The defecit is already built in, so you need to eat those exercise calories to keep your body fueled. Thats probably why you arent losing.
