Aprl 10th weigh in
184.6 lbs as of last night. I usually lose my weight on wed or thurs I've noticed lol. Its weird. At least Im losing. My body better kick it into gear better so I can make it to -10 lbs this month! Hope everyone had a really great week and wonderful holiday weekend!

Average inches lost per month?
Hi - I have only lost 5 lbs since I started on Sept 30th, but I have lost 7.75 inches so far (from where I have measured). I know the lbs arent that great - and I am not sure if the inches are either. What is the average weight and inches that you guys lose a month? Just curious! :-)

Pilates Burn?
Hi, I do pilates most days - however I have lots of conflicting info on the actual amount of calories burned. I put 213 based on one site....another site tells me its really 349 calories burned. Should I just stick with the 200 and call it good? That way if I am burning more great but at least its not less. Does anyone…

What happens if you eat too much protein sometimes?
Just curious if you go over your protien how detrimental it could be to your weight loss plan? Should I just work out more on those days to make up the need for protein? Is it a really big deal? I wont even be eating back my calories from working out but it will show me too high in protein tomorrow. Anyone have any…

It seems that if I eat all the calories they want me to eat (which I am finding impossible to eat that much food!!) I lose less weight over the next 5 weeks.
