Pilates Burn?

Hi, I do pilates most days - however I have lots of conflicting info on the actual amount of calories burned. I put 213 based on one site....another site tells me its really 349 calories burned. Should I just stick with the 200 and call it good? That way if I am burning more great but at least its not less. Does anyone know more info on Intermediate to Advanced Pilates calorie burn numbers?
