Just get a heart rate monitor if you want really accurate calories. There aren't going to be any trainers that will be able to tell you which one is correct. Especially without knowing your height/weight/gender/effort/etc...

I feel this same way about popcorn. The packaging tells me how many calories a tablespoon of unpopped kernels is. Yeah, let me just open this convent bag and measure the kernels before I pop them :huh: I'm no help - but you're not alone!

I'm interested in this too. I normally do back/bi, chest/tri, legs/shoulders, legs/abs. In December I'm going to try a 3 day full body routine I found on BBdotcom. I'm interested to see how it goes. I've never done full body. I always feel like not one area of my body is tired enough after I'm done.
