Metamucil is fine to take everyday as a supplement. But I suggest chia seeds, I add 2 TBSP to my smoothie every morning. You can also sprinkle in on your cereal or salad or try chia pudding.

I would start with the beginner program. After the first week if you find it's too easy (I find it really challenging) you can switch to the intermediate. Enjoy your work out! Rushfit is awesome!

Iron Maiden 2008 BB King, Taj Mahal and Jesse Cook were also up there. Looking forward to Black Sabbath in April!

I had one last year. I second the soft toilet paper and the baby wipes the previous posters mentioned. Lol! I enjoyed the sedation. I had some fun dreams. :ohwell: I was nervous about it too, but now that I've gone, it's no biggie.

Congratulations! You are looking good, keep it up!

A friend from work told me that Tim Hortons has gluten free soups and chili, I think she found the information on their website.

Do you eat dairy? If yes, try Greek yogurt in your smoothie. I like green smoothies. 1/2 cup Greek yougurt, 2 cups spinach, 1/2 a banana, some berries or mango, 1/2 cup almond milk.
-
I agree it's the flax seeds, they gel up when left in liquid too long. Maybe add the flax in the morning.
-
How about smoothies made with banana, berries, rice protein powder and a non dairy milk, you can even add spinach.

I think your doctor should know.what you are talking about. I know they test for lactose the same way as fructose. But, I also think that you may have your answer already. Fructose + you = :explode: lol! You might try the honey or another source another time or two to be sure though. I'm 8 days into the elimination phase,…

I stay away from too much fiber and fried foods. I also avoid things like raw veggies, as specially the gassy cruciferous ones. I had good luck with a probiotic called bio k+. I have IBS-D. Feel free to add me anyone.

I have IBS-D. Low fiber is better for me. Today for lunch I had white bread with tuna salad, (no onions) and Greek yogurt with a lactose enzyme pill. My diet is not perfect, I need to try to get in more veggies, cooked of course, raw veggies cause flare ups. You might find some useful information on this website:…
