I think the biggest thing is getting into better shape, that is what has improved many aspects of our relationship and its fun that we can work out togeather.

I love appliances, I have been slowly growing, I would have to say in terms of tools the frying pan is my favorite, but a good set of knifes is also very important. My favorie appliance is my mixer even though some things I still need to mix by hand. I also would say a crock pot is very very valuble.

1/2 lb, I want something that it easier for me to make and maintain, I barely make my goal even with sat and sun off, but counting in general seems to help :-)

Same!! Everything in moderation! Its proven that when you do an exteme diet that doesn't include the things you like, you will gain back the weight.

Don't give up! We are here to support you! and you can do this!!! start small, take a walk, get a smaller sized meal, do one less pop, or even a sip today. Its very hard to get in shape and eat well, but you can do it!!!!

I want them but its very very hard for a girl to get a 6 pack, so I am trying to focust on a tight stomach first <3

I would be careful not to push to hard, its great to work out but it really stinks when you work out to much. A few weeks ago that happened to me and I couldn't get myself to really try in my workouts :-(. But if you can handle it and u believe that you can do it then do it!!!! That is really awesome.

You got this!!! It's okay to take a few days off, and sometimes you break the rules of your diet, I just got over a two week stretch where I didn't work out, so its okay you can do it and get back in the saddle!!!

Yeah stay away from them and do fitness old school, buy shoes that support your balance and your feet and work out that way, if you don't like to run there is several other cardio activities you can do. Also, don't forget to also do strengh training!!!

I understand, if I have the time I work out 5 days a week, but right now I am not because I have a fitness test this week-and I am going crazy-it feels so nice to work out. I think that rest days/weeks are very important and not taking them does more harm than good.

Definitly, the faster you start the faster the results, its good to do both and doing both cardio and strength will help the results of both :-)

I would say fruits and veggies as well, aslo everything in moderation. I LOVE those fiber one brownies for a choolate fix, and granola bars aren't horrible... I have boiled eggs too they are really great :-) Most diets say not to breat but toast with penut butter is awesome and only about 200 calories

Most of the time recipes call for Port Wines which you can usually find a few in the wine section of a grocery store. They also have wine vinegar. For other alcahols the recipe will generally specify. I just made rum cake with 1/3 of a handle of sailor jerry's I highly recomend it
