SAME HERE!!! I heard that taking off one shoe will help...idk I read it awhile ago, I generlly get up, I'll even go to the bathroom even if I don't have to just to get away for a minute. :-)

Strength training is great! You should have it in any work out plan, just cardio is good but doing both will really imporve yoru fitness and your health :-)

Yeah I agree, however, in my current relationship we work out togeather and are more active, so I think I can be possible :-) Thanks for thinking of sharing this with everyone!!!

breathe in through ur nose and out through your mouth when you run :-) I used to and sometimes I do get them I HATE THAT FEELING!!! Good idea to make a post about it :-)

good idea with the sauce!!! I have hard boiled eggs as snacks at work all the time, I've been trying to get away form putting salt on them and hot sauce may do the trick!!! I LOVE eggs they are soo good, you can make so many different things with them, and they are healthy!!!

I just put mine up a level, I don't long my serving/bar shifts as exercise as I generally go to the gym before or after and work out. What you are doing seems to make sense to me though!

What i have troupble with is what catagories my tabs should be I am always getting suck on where certain things should be or what subjects to use.

I do that too! I put recipes in there I want to try and then if I like them I put them in my binder. It's small right now but it is growing :-).

You wont be as sore when you do cardio because you aren't really building a lot of muscle. I like both, but there is nothing more exciting than moving my max weights up :-).

It seems like a good workout, but really high impact. However, my thought is working out is great!!!

I make sure that on days I work out I have mroe protein, which generally adds some calories to my day. But for the most part I use them if I want to and if I do I do and if not I don't. Generally after I work out I am not more hungry but its nice to think of those calaries I didn;t use on days I go over :-)

LOL funny site, wonder what the motives are. That is to funny that the milk article says drink soy and the soy says to drink milk. I've never hears of drinking protien in coffee, I'll have to look into that....
