I started MFP 6 weeks ago and have lost 6 lbs.....i did this by staying within my calories and consistent exercise. I allow myself to eat what i want...portion control is key

I have continually signed up and raced in 5k's for the past 2 years and have had times ranging from 37:16 - 42 minutes. It's easy to beat yourself up about the time. I'm 5'4 and started MFP in October at 172 (my heaviest), I am now 166 with a goal weight of 140/145. I will post pics once I get close to my goal weight. I consider myself an athlete with a solid structure with unusually broad shoulders and somewhat topheavy. Pick a goal weight thats works for your frame.

I love mine, though i do not run on the pavement. I use them for a boxing circuit workout, beach runs and paddleboarding.Very comfortable once you get used to the idea.

I use GNC Be Buff in vanilla. really good....i mix it with 2 oz of coconut milk, frozen berries, spinach and flax. If i don't have the coco milk I use water.
