I'm doing something similar with no junk food - and having more fruit and veggies. I've set myself four goals to get me started. 1 - complete day 1 haha 2 - complete 5 days 3 - complete 10 days 4 - complete 3 weeks My partner is checking my calories and that I'm exercising and is ticking a chart I made haha. I started…

I too have tried the couch to 5k! Worked great! Good starting point to work up your fitness. Also, do a few PT sessions to familiarise yourself with weights and different types of exercises. I have an indoor soccer team with friends and most of them were very un fit when we started. Every game they get fasted and have more…

Haha I was starting this today. No cheating No sugar, no take away. Only healthy food I have pre planned. The only downside is that my birthday is next Wednesday haha I plan on not even eating cake... :O

I put in my calories burned purely to see how hard I am working to burn the fat. I don't eat back my exercise calories. However, some people do. Some people only want the 500 (or what ever they nominate) calorie deficet, so when they exercise, they eat back what they have burned. Personally, I find this counter productive…

I did try a pilates class, but it definately wasn't a recovery class. haha There aren't any yoga classes at my gym at times I can attend regularily. I also still want to burn calories on these days. Maybe I will try the pool again. $5 a swim isn't too bad. I'll try that for once a twice a week.

You look amazing. :) I have like 5kg to go, and I could do it in a few weeks, but I keep being slack. This is great motivation!

When I studied biology at university, I would've benefited more from relatable content. I think related the facts to your own experiences will keep the class engaged. I was always happy to hear about my lecturers lives. The classes I DID have case studies for (Chemistry...) were let down by not having a copy of the…

I do this but I don't like that I do. The run takes so much longer when I'm focused on the time and speed, and this makes me feel worn out, and wanting to stop, quicker. When I let my mind wander, time flies past, and before I know it, I've completed my set distance.

yeah playing that as a kid... scary ****!!! and silent hill as a kid lol

when I was a kid I was ADDICTED to sims on PS2... I would finish school on Friday afternoon, go to my friends house, play from about 4:30 through to 5am (sunrise), sleep until 1-2pm Saturday, play until Sunday morning sunrise, sleep until 1-2pm, play until 5pm, go home hahaha I can't have all-nighters anymore... when…

however, when Skyrim first came out... I did a 13 hour shift lol

Normally an hour or so a day... a little bit more when I don't have to work the next day. I try not to though, haha. I could be so much more productive with my time if I didn't have my PC or Xbox

I have several on the go at one time... but I play them in like monthtly chunks until I need a change... at the moment it's Skyrim... before that LA Noire... before that Portal 2 lol and so on

Thanks for the awesome advice!!! I'll keep at it

not at all there is a lady who works next door who is a single mother, and every day after her shift, she goes to the pub in the same complex and blows her pay check and goes home with random guys... frustrates the F*** out of me. I am younger than her and it upsets me to see

I am PC and Xbox 360 PC I mainly use for Sims or strategy games such as Age of Empires. Xbox I'll play RPGs, Adventure games, Sims, Shooters. My favourites at the moment are LA Noire and Skyrim. I used to play it heaps in highschool when I had the time. I had to stop when I started uni. All my good accounts are banned anyways. My boyfriend still dabbles in it these days, but has slowed down heaps now that bots are obsolete.

good work looking great! :) its harder when your weightloss slows down. I'm lucky to lose half a kilo a week at the moment. But as long as you're not gaining, eating healthy and exercising, every week is a step in the right direction :) keep it UP

I had a shower and have rubbed deep heat in. Hopefully that helps. I stand 100% of the time at work, so tomorrow will be interesting. I do it on both treadmill and outside, but mostly treadmill. I'll be happy to share the plan with you. I just turned off my computer (gotta love an iPhone) and am going to bed in a minute,…

I could've probably stretch it out for longer, but I was happy with that milestone :)

"You know if you actually study you'll get A's. You shouldn't settle for C's and B's... Oh and I know you want to either go to uni or join the army... Uni was a waste of your time!!! And get on the treadmill you lazy thing."

I would force yourself to get something, anything into your digestive tract in the morning. A peice of fruit, protein shake, snack bar. It sets your body up for the whole day
