I Love TRX!!!
I am absolutely loving TRX at my gym I use it every session. Good body weight resistance training to help me work up to chin ups and toe push ups. Any one else a TRX user? They are the straps that hang from the ceiling.

Just ran for 25 mins straight for the first time ever!!!
