Biosignature Modulation - anyone do it?

My PT wants to try the biosignature modulation progam on me. He says it takes a fair amount of dedication, and since I am quite a harder trainer, he'd like to see how I go, and if it goes well, use me on his website to demonstrate the results he can get.

There are many factors that define where you store fat on your body. Mostly genetics, but it is also alot to do with hormones. This program targets different areas by targeting different hormones.

However, to do this, you need to eat a pretty strict diet.
No preservatives, no simple carbs or sugars, no grains, no dairy, lots of protein/lean meats and lots of good fats, nuts, veggies and fruits.

Pretty much avoid all the toxic food that can affect hormone production, and taking herbal supplements according to the hormones I have too much off.

I can have a cheat meal once a week, if I pre plan it, and excersise it off, and only eat it if I need to.

I have formulated a food plan, which I can follow, but I always find it difficult to stay on track food wise.

If people have tried this, and have results, then it will help me keep on it and trudge through.
