Great job I'm lucky to get 20 min of running in without quitting, so I understand what a big deal this is. Keep it up.0

Wow, well done! I'm on week 4 of C25K and I still can't believe I'll be able to run 25 mins straight. That's a great achievement!0

That's great and just to let you know that my theory that I have used in myself was if I could run 1 mile I could run 2 miles so in reality you could run for an hour when your ready. Just a thought for you to know! Get that high! It's cheap and legal!0

Congrats, that's awesome! Bet you feel on top of the world, unstoppable right now! woo hoo!0

Whoop whoop whoop - such a fantastic feeling that first 25min run - remember the feeling :-)0

Awesome. Take a rest day tomorrow and day after you will be able to run just as much again.0

well done
can I suggest a bath? The first week I ran for 20 mins straight in C25K I could barely walk the next day because my leg muscles tightened up and my back hurt every time I tried to move!0 -
Wonderful job and fantastic pace!
@Faraya: I was you in August and last weekend I completed my first 5k. Try c25k or any of the progressive run/walk systems...they really do work.0 -

I had a shower and have rubbed deep heat in. Hopefully that helps. I stand 100% of the time at work, so tomorrow will be interesting.R u doing it on treadmill, can u share workout plan coz ihavetreadmill version and it looks ver weird to me, have a look

I do it on both treadmill and outside, but mostly treadmill.
I'll be happy to share the plan with you. I just turned off my computer (gotta love an iPhone) and am going to bed in a minute, so I'll do it tomorrow morning.0
