My 8 Week Challenge

Today is my first day of an 8 week challenge.
I have been quite slack over Christmas.
Luckily I haven't gained any weight, but I haven't lost any either.
My challenge is simple. I'm to do the best I can in this time.
No cheat meals!
30 mins exercise a day, no exceptions!
I will do a beep test 3 times a week, in training for the police.
1200-1300 calories a day.
>30% carbs a day.
