It's a good idea as long as it does not impact your sleep. I am definitely going to try to find time to fit in another routine earlier in the day

I have a cup of diet hot chocolate for 25 calories and then a fiber ones bar. Usually does the trick.

Flourless chocolate cookies with pecans you can fiind a recipe on the web. Freeze them and take out as needed. There is also gelatin and pudding at BJ 's wholesale club. There there is always welchs fruities. Be careful with the sweets as when we celiac lack carbs we crave sugar. you are welcome to add me as a friend

I am in my late forties and have 46 pounds to go. Trying to do it slow and steady. Please feel free to add me as a friend. I got remarried two years ago without losing the weight and all I have are regrets. Oh well at least I married the right man this time Lund.

I also go to the gym straight from work. Four things work to my benefit. I lose the days stress, burning calories, it's stops my after work binging and I sleep very well. This week I am going to increase my water and add a fiber one bar to my diet.
