If you use Neufchâtel in stead of cream cheese it will lower the calorie to 232 per serving and the fat to 17.5 g per serving. I'm trying this tonight. Hopefully it's delicious!

It's just because you had a lot of sodium. I'm not sure if you logged the foods or not, but if you did check your daily breakdown. I'm sure it will show you went way over your usual sodium intake. I just started doing boot camp classes last week. They are so good! Your entire body gets a great workout, and the workouts change every class so your body doesn't get used to them. Yes I am working out about 4-5 times per week. I wouldn't cancel on the date, I would just cancel the reservations and go to a place that he can eat whatever he wants (a bacon cheeseburger is his favorite lol) and I could eat something that healthy. Thanks everyone. It's starting to make sense to me. I am having a hard time eating all of the calories back bc I am just not hungry enough to eat an additional 700 calories a day but I am doing my best to increase at least 300 calories on the days I work out.

I absolutely count fruits and veggies. At least 400 calories a day goes toward fruit alone in a day for me. I would bet that it I didn't log my fruits and veggies I would not have lost even close to what I have by counting them.
