It may be hard to get up in the first place - but once i'm up - you've done the hard work :P So then I just crack on with my morning run - and feel much better!! It feels like you've done something before your day has even started :D

I havent eaten pasta since some point in 2011!! Thats crazy!! It was my favourite food as well!!

I drank flavoured waters - this helped with the taste of things (plain water I just cannot do!) Make sure you have a big ol glass of water with EVERY meal - if you have a pint each one then thats like 5 or 6 regular glasses done!!

Come on folks! We can do this!! Get back on track and lets keep it going. Day 1: I thought to myself while having dinner 'oh Ive got enough calories for 1 slice of bread with dinner' and then I remembered - I'm in the 21 day programme! Cant have bread! Therefore - bread avoided!!

What you will notice by doing strength training is that your measurements will reduce quicker than you weight. And to be completely honest, I was waaaaayyyy happier watching my waist and hips get smaller :-) You will still lose some weight, keep a bit of cardio into your regime :-) xxx
