Eating enough is definitely more important than the macros - but I believe that the macros are important - so I choose foods which fit both! xx

Considering the amount of exercise I do - I cannot eat any less!! I have worked my *kitten* off (literally) and now I am just doing a lil experiment with laser-lipo to see what happens. I am hopefully going to give everyone who wanted to know whether it actually works a decent/honest review.

Thanks so much for that breath of fresh air! :-) That is exactly what they told me about the exercise, and I do exercise nearly every day anyway, so there will be no difference in my exercise regime! I'm excited :-)

Yeah maybe you shouldn't lol. I think you are maybe taking the 'attack' word a little too literally. Its a completely safe procedure, used on hundreds and hundreds of people! I'm sure i'll see some good effects from it! :-) x

I would LOVE to have that every day for breakfast. But I don't get hungry early enough to eat brekky at home - and don't have the facilities at work (just a microwave) - I normally have zero-fat greek yoghurt with strawberries for breakfast, but that is still 22 carbs :-(
