Wow! Thanks - thats the bit I hate!! :S I do 4 cardio classes a week (Body Combat, Body Attack, Boxercise and Zumba) along with 3 weight training sessions a week in the mornings. I also keep within my calorie limit and DONT eat back my exercise calories :-) xx SQUATS AND LUNGES GUYS....its the way forward!!

Christ. I don't get home until sometime between half 7 and half 8 - depending what gym class I go to! And I am ravenous after so need to fill myself up! I eat normally a 500cal dinner sometimes at 9pm - I cant not eat! And its been no detriment to me :-) x

I did a soup diet. I lasted around 2 weeks and lost nearly a stone...guess what.. ....Gained it all back!!

Okay - I couldnt deal with the tea! It tasted disgusting and I just couldnt adjust to it.. So, I am cutting out bread and carbonated drinks.. Anything else I could be doing?
