  • It seems I'm right there with you all. I am 5'8" and 160. My goal weight is 145, but that seems difficult for me to get to. Right now shooting for the 5%, so about 8-9 lbs and we will take it from there. I have done this so many times, just want to do it right for once and be done with it.
