  • I put it in ALMOST everything! It is my favorite food! But, a really good option for a "sweet snack" is to just mix in any flavor of protein powder! If you don't wanna use powder for flavor, extracts work good too. Like raspberry, strawberry, orange, rum, almond, coconut, vanilla, there are all different flavors you could…
  • It is a family owned restaurant.... not a chain. So, unfortunately... No nutrition facts. :grumble:
  • Delicious healthy snack! AIR POPPED is the way to go! What I love to do is pop the popcorn, put it in a big bowl and then lightly spray with olive oil spray (empahsis on very lightly, just enough to get spices to cling to the popcorn!) • I do plain greek yogurt with spicy brown mustard or dijon mustard. Its tangy and yummy! You can add pickles, romaine, chopped almonds/walnuts/pecans, apples, grapes, celery, spinach, etc... for a little crunch. It's very satisfying!
  • I love old fashioned oats (cooked in microwave, they are chewy) with 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter and 4 to 6 oz of yogurt (I do activia, all flavors are yummy, but vanilla is probably the best) all mixed together. OR I sometimes swap the yogurt out for different flavors of protein powder (Chocolate, Vanilla, Banana,…
