think of the first week as an experiment to see what work for you. Breakfast or no breakfast? 6 meals a day or just 2. I know that for me when I eat many meals a day I am always hungry but if I eat only 2 more satisfying meals I am rearely hungry. Change things around and take not of your hunger levels :) good luck

Me too they had me eating 800 calories and I was so fatigued. Now I eat 1750 calories a day!!!

Time for a diet breat....not meaning go all out and eat all the food but Put your calories to maintenance. ^^^^ didn't see this :) I would up my calories to 2000 for a start.

An inch does not equal an inch? A calorie is a measure. As far as weight loss, a calorie IS a calorie. If you talk about health, it is a different story

I maintain without counting calories.....but I still eat the way I did when losing weight and I weight myself once a month. I started losing weight in 2011 and it took me 3 years logging to get to that point

No Secret....sorry :) Just a sustanable calorie deficit, lifting heavy (The book "The new rules of lifting for women" changed my life) and patience.....a lot of patience.

I do Crossfit 3-4 days a week and I eat around 1750-2000 calories a day now that I am pretty much maintaining. Lost weight on 1500 calories. I eat IIFYM. That is pretty much it. I lost most of my weight lifting heavy with minimal cardio

it is all about eating less than calories burned....there is a million ways to get there so find your happy combo and you will get there

quitting will just result into that number getting higher. Lose one pound at a time....you can do it

Did you get tested for low iron and vitamins deficiency? I would maybe add more carbs to see if it help. When I do strenght training I make sure to eat a bagle 1;30 hour before and it really make a difference on my energy level

I had great success with 5:2 but I stopped since starting crossfit, it made me feel too depleted for such an intense exercise.
