I have 16 inches calves and I am only 4'11" tall.....so yea, I still have fat on them but my body refuse to let go of that fat. I've learned to accept them the way they are and when I find boots that fit, it is like angels singing

Did they test your tyroid? It sometime get messed up by pregnancy.

No it has great trainers that were able to help with my form and take care of knee pain I had for the last year....but thank you for your concerns

My crossfit gym only offer pain and sweat with a dash of "I am dying" or "I feel like puking" and I love it

I had 6 kids....not 6 pack but it is flat (ish) and it keep getting nicer with time

no At your weight you should lose between one pound and 1/2 pound a week. Go slower and you won't crash and burn.

If you always do what you always did, you will always get what you always got. Try it......if really you hate it and you don't see changes with the measuring tape (the scale is a lying b.)after a few months then go back to cardio.

You didn't fail. You moved, you ate better and your shrank.....that is a success. Unless you write your scale weight on your forehead, nobody will know how you weight. Give it more than one week.

How about setting one goal for the week. Like drinking 8 glasses of water a day for 7 days for exemple. I found that weight loss has nothing to do with motivation and will power and everything to do with habits. Take one steps at a time and eventually you will get there.....maybe not fast enough for your taste but going…

If you are lifting for calories burn at the time of the exercise......it is next to nothing. You have to look long term.

I have been lifting heavy for about 2 years and a half then this week I joined crossfit. In the first session, I learned how to squat without hurting my knees:grumble: I have been doing it wrong for that long even after I paid a good amount of money for trainers to teach me how to squat.

Trying not to puke while doing Crossfit is pretty much all the entertainment I need :happy: When I do cardio,( very rarely,) I might put music on.
