My Dr. told me to lose the weight if I wanted to be healthy. So that is what motivated me - besides feeling better and looking better, I enjoy eating all the more healthy foods out there.

My husband has been using this supplement for years on Dr. instructions. He says his knees are so much better when using it than when he doesn't use it. He stopped using it for a couple months and the knee pain came back. Went back on it and the knee pain went away. I'm not recommending it by any means, but what works for…

Wow you look amazing. I'm down 33 lbs. although it has taken me a lot longer than a few months (more like a year+) but I'm hoping to hit the 40 lb. mark sometime this year. Cudos to you for this amazing accomplishment.:drinker: :flowerforyou:

This is gonna sound crazy to most people but I like the "Halls of Montezuma" marching song. It really gets me going, I do any kind of movements to it, and besides it is patriotic!!:blushing:

Concentrate on maintaining my goal weight or maybe lose another 5 lbs. just for the heck of it. I don't plan on going back to where I was when I started this new eating plan. I will have to buy some new clothes to show off my new look. Good luck to you all.:heart: :flowerforyou:
