Not homemade but I like this one: Tombstone pepperoni pizza I think it is 16 in size. You get l/4 of the pizza and it is 360 calories, which is two slices. Not as good as a homemade one would be, but it is easy to pop into the oven. No cooking involved.

PLEASE don't give up!! Keep away from the fast food and get back to exercising. In no time, you will get that extra 15lbs off and you will be happy for yourself.

I second this one. I've tried the others and always go back to this one.

This looks delicious - saved it so I can make it in a few days. Don't have all the ingredients right now, but going to the store in the AM and pick up everything needed. Thanks for posting this delicious looking recipe.

I like Oikos brand. You guys have some great ideas for using it. Going to change mine up a bit. I like the vanilla flavor, but if I get the plain, then I can add some vanilla flavoring with some frozen fruit or juice to make it to my liking. Thanks for all your ideas.

\But beans are loaded with protein so I've heard. I just cut down on the amount I use in salads, etc. Don't want to give them up.

I've heard of these on Dr. Oz. Where did you find them?

Oh my gosh an easy chocolate fix. Going to make this ASAP. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

My hubby and I try to get to the gym at least twice a week. He needs to work his knee and I need to work on everything. In between, I try to do some exercises at home but not as motivated as I am when I go to the gym. So whatever works best for you.

Dr told me I needed to lose weight because I was borderline diabetic. Scared me so I started changing my eating and exercise habits right away. So far, 20 lbs down and I feel so much better. Next Dr. appt. is next week so anxious to see what the outcome will be.

How about grabbing a protein bar to eat until you can have your regular breakfast.

Portion control is the answer. My tummy has shrunk anyways so I can't eat that much anymore. Enjoy yourself and don't worry about one day - just get back on the wagon the next day. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

This is what I do also. Interested in what everyone has to say.

Wow - that sounds delish! I just bought some low fat graham crackers yesterday. Going to try soon!

This morning I had my oatmeal with 1 tsp of splenda brown sugar, 1 tbsp dried sweetened cranberries and I also cooked it in 1 cup of fat free milk. Tasted really good. I sometimes add a tbsp of walnuts for more crunch. Keeps me full until lunchtime.

Wow those sound delicious. Going to try them this weekend. Thank you for the recipe.

Emerald Nuts also have a 100 cal. pack of almonds. I found them the other day in the store and they are wonderful. All portioned out for you.

I think I found my pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving. Thank You so much.

You might try a double fiber english muffin toasted, then add 1 TBSP peanut butter (I use the chunky) and a piece of fruit. I usually have this around 9AM and it keeps me full until around 12:30 or 1PM.

Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner for my husband and me. I will roast l/2 of a turkey, make stove top dressing, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, dinner rolls, turkey gravy and cranberry sauce. Dessert will be sweet potato pie with whipped cream. I plan on having just a very small serving of each as my tummy has…

I use fat free ranch dressing. Gives the tuna a really good taste. Not too much tho, because of the calores, just enough to get the tuna moistened well.

Takes a lot of will power, but I think just stop doing it is the best way. I used to eat Hersheys Dark Chocolate kisses every night after dinner, about 6 or 7 and I had to give that up. I still eat them, but do so as a snack during the day and only consume 2 at the most and I log them in my calorie count. What about trying…
