Some type of nuts does it for me. Almonds, cashews, are my favorites although you can overeat on them so be careful, but they do keep my hunger pangs at bay.

I've always had a little belly pooch, even when I was at 110 lbs in high school many, many years ago. After having two kids and gaining a lot of weight, it got bigger and bigger. You don't need to use the salt shaker at all. You will get used to eating foods without salt but it takes a little while. I haven't used additional salt in my foods for over 20 yrs. When I went to WW so many, many years ago, you were only allowed 1/2 cup of cooked pasta. It may be different than that now. But if you add lots of veggies to your pasta, that 1/2 cup will go a long, long way. Just say'n.

Go to www.livestrong.com and do a search for exercises for neck and shoulder pain and a separate search for exercises for low back pain. This site has some really good information on doing these types of exercises. Hope this helps you.

I heard last week that you need to put some fuel in your body within 30 minutes of getting up. Didn't say how much or what, just feed your body something because your tummy has emptied out during your sleep and need a wake up call. Hubby had this - went to the foot dr. and he gave him cortisone shots for a while. He then went to the Good Feet store and got a pair of their inserts. They were pretty expensive, but helped him a lot. He uses them all the time. Also, some of the Dr. Scholls inserts help.

WEB MD food and nutrition chart shows Splenda to have 1 cal. per packet. Yet it is listed as 0 cal. on the box and the packet.
