I have a first grader and a second grader. They have weekly spelling lists, otherwise there is no homework. On Fridays they bring home a reading packet for the weekend which is one book with a journal for them to write as they choose about the book.

Curious too. I treat Jillian's 30 Day Shred as circuit training. 3 minutes strength, 2 minutes cardio, 1 minute ads, repeat circuit 3 times.

I have tried smoothies...and find myself craving solid food. I did lose some weight, but gained back as soon as I let myself have solids. Smoothies don't satisfy

I know, right? No donuts for almost a year so I had to. One was chocolate cake with chocolate frosting COVERED in sprinkles. The other was a raised donut with white frosting. YUM>

I love Jillian Michael's Yoga Burn video. I also like the Tracey Anderson 7 minute arm workout. That one is a doozy!

They are one in the same. Some protein mixed with a buncha fat. I make the peanut butter clouds when the need hits. 3 tbls PB, 1 container lite cool whip. Divide into 12 muffin cups and freeze. Yummo at 73 calories.

I keep them in the freezer, and they have the consistency of soft serve ice cream. So yummy! Drizzle a little chocolate syrup on top as well. 3 tbls peanut butter 1 lite cool whip tub. Divide into 12 muffin cups. Drizzle with lite hershey's syrup 73 calories.

Here is Honesty from another Iowa. We are at the bottom of the polar air mass, but our wind chills were also -40 and -60. For the most part, weather in MN and WI is the same as Iowa.
