I beat my craving!

Every night when the kids are in bed, I pull out my spoon and jar of peanut butter. I still to the 2 tablespoons, but really want to kick the 190 calories quick pb fix.

So I finally tried the peanut butter clouds. (PB, lite Cool Whip mixed together. Spoon into muffin cups and freeze.)
These are awesome! They meet my pb craving but have far fewer calories. Yum~!

    do you eat it frozen? thawed out? i want this with graham crackers lol sorry im super hungry and dont get off until 9pm! argh

    I would assume mildly frozen, or even kept in the fridge so it keeps its form.

    I freeze just balls of PB2 and eat those. So yum

    I keep them in the freezer, and they have the consistency of soft serve ice cream. So yummy! Drizzle a little chocolate syrup on top as well.
    3 tbls peanut butter
    1 lite cool whip tub.
    Divide into 12 muffin cups.
    Drizzle with lite hershey's syrup

    73 calories.
