I decided to stop using the scale. It is my enemy. Imagine my delight when I measured today and found I am 2 inches down! I need to split my dark chocolate with my husband more often... :)

There is going to be a lot of drinking
I am just curious.... When you know its going to be a fun night do you bank up calories to use or do you just consider it a cheat day? (the food is going to be fried and sugary. The wine will be flowing freely)

Milk GROSS
Just found out I am severely lactose intolerant. It started when I was pregnant, and has gotten much worse. Drinking milk now calls for staying home as a sick day! Which dairy milk alternative do you like best? I love having a bowl of cereal and need a milk option!

Bad Weather= Bad Food
We had a stretch of great weather. Forty degrees, sunny, nice. I ate awesome those days! Today it is windy, cold, and cloudy. I have had multiple handfuls of my kids' m&m's, Strarbucks hot cocoa, and some peppermint pattys. I hate winter.

I beat my craving!

What the He!! am I doing wrong?
Keeping to my goal calories (1350), exercising at least 30 minutes each day along with additional every day activities (using the stairs more, stay on feet more, more walking/playing with the kids) and the scale has not budged at ALL!
