Claritin for me, but I still need the Kleenex. It is worse when I exercise outside, so mine might not be as severe as yours is.

I run in the rain, but not bad winds. That is only because the trail I run on is highly forested and there are lots of dead trees that tend to fall in high winds. I'm sure I'd have my little pink ipod on and never hear the tree coming when it hit me...:laugh:

Look at the ingredients and if it has Guarana seed in it, be careful!!! Makes you jittery and makes your heart beat fast. Some folks are not as sensitive to it, but it made me ill and lots of those kind of diet pills have that in them.

If you have time, turkey chili in the crock pot, easy, healthy and delicious! Plus you can make enough to have leftovers for a couple of lunches.

Sugar is in many things we don't realize. It has made me re-think many foods I will/won't eat. It does depend on my aerobic activity for the day though. Basic, standard push up. I could only do on my knees. Now I can do about 15 before I need to drop to my knees.

8 hours. I go to bed around 8:30 PM and get up at 4:45 AM. If I didn't get my full 8 hours on a regular basis, I am sure I would have no friends, because when I get less than 8 hours I am GRUUUUMPY! :laugh:
