Welcome! I've started over many, many times. There is no shame in starting over. I have a big appetite, too and had to find what works for me, which is complete elimination of sugar and the addition of lots of healthy fats combined with daily exercise. But, everyone has to find what works for them. I wish you all the best…

Quinoa. It smells like cut grass, but I like the taste.

I started at 172, currently 160, would like to be 145-150.

I'll send you a friend request! :)

Welcome! I'll send you a friend request. It's more motivating (and fun!) with friends. :)

Thanks! Made it through, went really light today. :)

Yes, there is usually a class full of people. I was thinking I will keep the weights light. I just am on a really good roll and I don't want to take a break tomorrow.

Yep. 30 is the most beneficial amount. That's only 15 minutes out from where you start, then you can turn around and go back. Totally doable!

I look younger. Today, I went to the mall and two different retail clerks called me "Miss" instead of "Ma'am". :D

Me too!

Haha, oops, sorry!

I exercise daily because I love to. My exercise varies. Some days I push it at the gym. Others, I do weights at home. I always get a walk in because I have an 11 month old puppy so if I don't walk him, he's a pain in the *kitten*. :) But you have to fit what you can into your lifestyle and schedule. I do usually find that…

- An apple and a lowfat slice of cheese - A clementine and a handful of almonds - A TBSP of natural peanut butter

I notice I get THIRSTY if I drink something sugary!

I do love bread. I wish I didn't!
-
Eels! Ack! :p
-
I will add you! :)

@AliceDark, my sis-in-law is on a cauliflower kick, trying to use it in place of bread. No. Just...no.

I'm thinking it's dessert-y.

Wait...there is chocolate strawberry wine??? I must un-know this...

Chocolate is my Kryptonite. *sigh*

Great work! Congratulations!

I do, but am pickier with fruits and higher calorie veggies (i.e, avocado). Meaning, I don't measure exactly (a cup of spinach vs. a cup and a half is about a 5 calorie difference so - meh) for low cal veggies. I measure really carefully with things like avocados, bananas, etc. I record everything. I have to keep myself…

My doc just said it's because the body has to break down the sugar, so the uses water for the digestion process. So, I guess that makes it a wash instead of being +1 toward your daily fluid goals...

For me, it is personal preference to just count water, especially on days where I workout. However, my doctor has said to count anything that is calorie and caffeine free.

Welcome! You can totally do this! Feel free to add me as a friend. I have been logging pretty consistently and don't mind nudging people if they are slacking. ;)

Depends. If you are really hungry, eat a regular meal, if not keep it at a light snack. Maybe go on a walk or plan better for tomorrow and shave a couple hundred off of tomorrow to balance it.

Go to your home page and at the top click on "check-in". You can then add a new weight. When it takes you to that page, there is also a section at the bottom of that page under Other Measurements where you can edit previous entries, so you can delete old weights or change the date you recorded them.

Same issue here. My coworkers start giggling about my 4th trip down the hall...
