I try to stay away from soy and whey proteins for health reasons, and have found a really great vegan, gluten free protein line my friend introduced me to. It's made by Arbonne, the skin care company. I didn't know but they do a whole line of body essentials as well. I am in the middle of their 30 day challenge right now…

I would try running every other day and walking on your off days. I bet you are more ready than you think, look at how far you have come!! It's ok to walk during the 5k too, especially your first one. Just trust your body and have fun! :smile:

I love to eat, I am an emotional eater and once I start I cannot stop! I am a secret binge eater and am working to change that. I love MFP and the support everyone here provides.

I love Key Lime pie but the Greek one tasted very chalky to me too! I think the Greek Honey is the best, or plain Greek with some fresh fruit.

It gets so much easier! I have only been working out for about a month and all I do right now is walking too. It's just adding a little more each day, listening to your body, and continuing to push yourself. You can do it! And Insanity is just that, insane!
