I catch a buzz fast when I'm watching my calories so I have to be really careful but then I waste less calories on drinking...My favorite is diet 7up and orange vodka with an orange slice. I always go with a banana, a piece of wheat toast, two aspirin a diet coke and gallons of water! Not a cure but it start the recovery process for me ;) I'm anxious to see other suggestions
