I do her videos and have the same problem. Usually though, if you break a good sweat, you can calculate that you burned 8-10 cals per minute. So if you did a 30 min video, you could calculate that you burned 240-300 cals for you workout. Hope this helps you!

Alright, thanks everyone! I will try raising my calorie intake and eat back my exercise calories. Hopefully that will help. :)

It gave me 1260 calories a day. I set it to lose 2 lbs per week. I eat three meals a day. I include fruit and veggies in each meal aside from breakfast (just eat fruit w/ whole grain toast or cereal) and then I eat a main dish like chicken or pasta, sometimes a quesadilla. I do exercise each day with a 30 min aerobic video…
