I am having so much trouble finding out how many calories are burned.
One website says only 278 for 4 miles in 59 minute workout.
Here says it's way higher....for walking 4.0 very brisk pace.
Does anyone know the real calorie burn?

  • I do her videos and have the same problem.
Usually though, if you break a good sweat, you can calculate that you burned 8-10 cals per minute. So if you did a 30 min video, you could calculate that you burned 240-300 cals for you workout.
    Hope this helps you!

Thanks! Someone on her FB page told me this:
Depending on how many miles you did (& how much you weigh), the average for a person weighing approximately 180 lbs. will burn 100 calories per mile :) Of course if you weigh less then you'll burn less, if you weigh more then you'll burn more...but that's the general idea :) Hope it helps :)
