I am having so much trouble finding out how many calories are burned.
One website says only 278 for 4 miles in 59 minute workout.
Here says it's way higher....for walking 4.0 very brisk pace.
Does anyone know the real calorie burn?

I do her videos and have the same problem.
Usually though, if you break a good sweat, you can calculate that you burned 8-10 cals per minute. So if you did a 30 min video, you could calculate that you burned 240-300 cals for you workout.
Hope this helps you!0 -
Thanks! Someone on her FB page told me this:
Depending on how many miles you did (& how much you weigh), the average for a person weighing approximately 180 lbs. will burn 100 calories per mile Of course if you weigh less then you'll burn less, if you weigh more then you'll burn more...but that's the general idea Hope it helps0
