That one looks interesting. I have recently completed P90X and I am now doing Body Beast. I agree Shakeology is great. Best of luck with your goal. Welcome to the group, glad to have you. Must be tough with the injury. I took a week + off after P90X and it was driving me nuts not working out. Glad to get back to it today. Will be anxious to hear how you are progressing.
