I'm in maintance but i've continued to lose weight. I'm now underweight. Losing weight was the worst thing I ever did. I hope you can learn to lose weight and well done for getting to maintance :bigsmile:

In order to maintain your weightloss I would say you need to cut out junk food and keep it as an occassional treat in the long term. Otherwise you may find it hard to maintain any loss. I always go over my protein too and have still lost 3 stone.

That's really odd. I weight 109 pounds, wear a uk size 6 and have a bmi of underweight. Are u sure you worked it out correctly?

I am 5.5 and weight 109 pounds .......I am a size 4-6 (2-4 in American sizes) so I don't think you want to be that thin.

Muscle is heavier, of course a pound of each is the same but they would be a smaller quantity if that makes sense. Sort of like a pound of feathers would be a huge amount compared to a pound of brick. I've lost 34 pounds without exercise.

I don't tend to use mine unless I have a naughty day like today, where i've eaten prawn crackers:embarassed: but then i've only gone 6 into my 230 exercise calories. I can't see the point of exercising to loose weight if you eat what you have burnt? I've lost 24 pounds in 4 months too.
