Actually Cortaflex might be a good shout (but expensive). I used to give it to my old mare Polly and she was soooo arthritic and it was great for her. Green lipped mussel extract is also good. I think I need to trip to a health food shop because I definitely will be needing a joint supplement! xx

I am allergic to most poultry so I just steer clear. The evening meal, I forgot when I set up my MFP account to put an evening snack section so I tend to just put my snacks in there but I see what you mean. Will grab some nuts I love almonds!

D3 L1 done! :) I did think last night I was so sore I might not be able to do it today but although I was sore this morning I wasn't as bad as I thought I'd be so I shredded! Proud of myself for doing so too! :) Apparently after D4 it gets easier so I wanted to keep going to break through the pain!
