LOVE Trader Joe's, we get 95% of our groceries there! We buy mostly fresh organic fruit, organic veggies, organic dairy and organic meats......we are not much for the frozen foods other then organic fruit, organic veggies and some wild caught seafood.

I have not had mine removed but I have hypothyroidism and can tell you that I go through the same thing. (my mom had hers removed) It is a matter of your tsh levels being where they should be. When is the last time you had your tsh checked? Are you taking it without food and waiting for at least half hour before eating?

Nay, I stopped drinking soda about four years ago, to many chemicals added to them. I now drink tons of water, plain or with fruit added, or unsweetened tea.

In general I log as I go after each meal, however there are times when I log prior to if I know what I am having. Happy logging!! ;o)

What kind of shoes do you have now? Are your arches flat.....if so you may want to try Dr. Sholls Orthotic inserts!? I was friends with his sister but engaged at the time.....a year later broke of my engagement, two months later he asked me out, 6 months later married. Married for almost 17 years and love him even more today. :o)
