wow well done, i started in october 2012 and have lost 25lbs, got a long way to go, i`d lost 8lbs before i started mfp but i really do find it easy to do as nothing is off limits as long as you count the calories. i started off as a size 22-24 and would be happy at size 16 thats uk size, its going to take time but as they say i`ve nothing to lose but weight, keep up the good work, i keep saying to myself that nothing tastes as good as slim feels. helps a bit.0

I started in January wearing an 18, but 20's felt so good, I would buy 22s. Actually I started a tight 22 at least in the hips and legs. Now 10 pds down, I fit comfortably in the 22s and in the waist could actually go 20s (dang this big butt of mine). My goal is a really cute and expensive swim suite I bought 2 years ago (size 16) by August0

I started at a size 24, and now I am down to 20. I lost 13, but right now it only says 11 because of water retention. I saw the most difference once I started running.0
