You could do whatever makes you happy, I wouldn't suggest doing over 200 squats everyday or you may end up with an injury & i'm sure you don't want that. Good job!! Usually people say they feel it in their knees so they can't do it but it all depends on if you have proper form or not. Some may think they're doing it right but aren't. Good idea to have someone look at you to make sure or do like me and record yourself (i use my computer btw ) :)
