120 was my original goal also but then I thought after 3 kids I would be happy to be healthy. I am never satisfied with how I look so I am sure if I ever get there I will change it to a lower goal!

Fall is in the air also! Cool nights and days in the 60s. The garden completely froze two nights ago. I did the treadmill, the elliptical, the bike and the stair climber. 15 minutes on the bike, 35 minutes on the elliptical, 5 minutes on the bike and 5 minutes on the stair climber. Happy day everybody! Been to the gym and had a great work-out. Busy with housecleaning and then have to take youngest to a dr. appt to make sure she is healthy enough for her surgery on Friday. It is dental surgery so hopefully all will go well.

Sorry your kids are sick! My son had Mono when he was in the 1st or 2nd grade. He felt fine after about a week but he still gets tired very easily and he is now 15 years old.

Well since I just joined back in and sent Jack my starting weight that was Friday I didn't weigh myself. Today has been a really good day except the kids have the stomach flu so I wasn't able to go to the gym after work. I need to go get on the WII I guess!

The only thing that comes to mind is maybe the walking miles are based on a treadmill and the hiking miles are based on the road with slight hills in them. Wish I had more of an answer for you!

Well yesterday wasn't too bad getting on the bandwagon again until the 4-H party held here. There was candy and popcorn balls everywhere. UGH!!! Oh well, baby steps, I joined the gym yesterday and worked out so there is a start! Have a great Saturday!
