It's a workout video by Jillian Michaels! It has 3 circuits of different workouts, which you have to do each for 10 days! And the results are awesome. I'm on my 8th day and i can totally see the difference on my endurance! The first day i couldnt do it all, and now i do it fully and with more energy!

you're all right! i'll take it like a roller coaster ride. when you're in the line and you think too much about it, you get scared and end up not getting in. if i think about this too much, ill get lazy, not do anything and i'll regret it tomorrow. so i'll just do it, it will be over before i know :) thanks guys!

im 5'2, sometimes 5'1, and i started with 130 with pure fat around me, and my goal weight is 100 since i have a really small frame
