I'm doing the 30DS while going to the gym.. and i've been doing so for at least 2 weeks now and yesterday I was really sad bout some family stuff and i just couldnt complete my workout! Yesterday I finished the first part of the Jillian Michael's 30DS and im watching the second part right now.. and im scared!! ahaha i knew this wasnt going to be easy but i truly have the worst physical training ever! i know ill go thru it even if i have to crawl to the shower.. but still scares me haha.

today is one of those days
when you know you have to work out but you just can't seem to be able to get up off your bed. im all alone in my place and its cloudy, like that cuddle-weather. any motivational tips?
