Yesterday I finished the first part of the Jillian Michael's 30DS and im watching the second part right now.. and im scared!! ahaha i knew this wasnt going to be easy but i truly have the worst physical training ever! i know ill go thru it even if i have to crawl to the shower.. but still scares me haha.

    It is scary! I've been doing part 2 and my shoulders are killing me. You'll get through it though!

    help your fears- watch the 2nd part first without doing anything, then try it. I did this and it helped:) You can always choose alternatives to the difficult moves you find yourself unable to do...NO FEARS! you can do it!
