Just make sure it is healthy things that your body wont store as fat. For example, in a cup of carrots and a cup of brocoli there 100 calories! So you are getting in 2 cups of veggies which aren't going to stick to the waist line and getting in 100 calories!

the thing to remember is that natural sugars aren't going to adversely affect you like candy sugars, or refined flour sugars. Unless you are fighting diabetes, the sugars you are getting from the apples are ok. Now, the ketchup sugars are what you need to be careful about!

I really like to use Melatonin. WHen i get stressed out i can't sleep. Chamomile tea helps ALOT. When things get really bad though, I take 1 melatonin and sometimes 1 tylenol PM and that usually does the trick.
