I just go for a nice easy walk. And if you aren't flowing to heavily, I go for a swim. The boyancey feel SOO good on my aching back and cramping stomach. It totally relieves the pressure. I often stay in the water until i am more than pruney. Also, a good hot steam room helps me. My gym has a eucalyptus sauna...its amazing!

A friends mom told me that "If you keep eating like that you will become as big as a house!". I gained a bunch of weight since then, but the picture that threw me into my diet , i looked as big as a house...sooo....i keep that in mind when I can't stop eating!! It makes me choose healthier optins.

I use Whole Wheat English muffins for the dough. Then just use normal pizza sauce (found in the "pasta sauce isle" and turkey pepperoni or Canadian bacon with low fat shredded cheese! Good luck!

Hit up the consignment shops friend! Great deals on usually gently used clothing and they usually laid out way better than thrift shops. Also, TONS of fall clearances right now. Great Job! Very inspiring to me as we started out at the same weight. I was 227-230...I have hit a serious plataeu right now. By the end of last year I had lost 35 pounds. I have gained 5 of those back, and I am really struggling to get back on track. You look great though! Keep it up!

I think that you really need to focus on giving yourself time rather than thing "fast". Begin to focus on figuring out your metabolism, and eating correct for your body. Then begin to add in some exercise. Hang in there, and know that you CAN do this! Good luck!
