I think that it is possible your body just needs more rest that week. When i have one of those days I take that day of from vigorous exercise. FEET CAN GET SMALLER TOO! yippee! that would be awesome! i have this pair of riding boots that I "out grew" in about an 8 month time frame. I agree...I have my weight loss goal set to 1.5 pounds per week because the more "restricted" calories helps keep me accountable. I usually still end up eating 1400-1500 a day if I do a good amount of exercise. (That is only about 1/2 of my exercise calories back) Every 10 pounds MFP asks if you want to adjust your calorie…

This is how my hubby and I operate! I let myself have a splurge "meal" one day a week, and one day a week where I don't feel obligated to do organized exercise. (i.e. I usually ride my horses, or clean house, or go for a walk with a friend!)

I am going to have to cut back on the chocolate again as well. I have found, that since i have cut most of the sugar out of my diet, i really don't crave all kinds of chocolate. you can actually encourage the double chin to go away by making sure you practice really good posture during exercising. Stretch your neck nice and tall and try to NOT have a double chin during your work outs. This really helps me get it to diminish

I agree...you shouldn't slow it down if it is coming off that way on its own! Plus, it looks like you maybe were losing baby weight? so that is going to come off quick anyway if your horomones are back on track with trying to be in normal mode instead of "baby mode"

oh that excites me! I LOVE mixing crystal light in with vanilla whey...it is so yummy as a quick after work out drink. The vanilla whey makes it taste like a "creme cicle" flavor! I iwll have to try their cane version

Crystal light has aspartame in it. Aspartame is really bad for you and is addictive. It gives me the worst headaches. You are better to have Koolaid and just count the sugar calories! anticipate your calories earned/burned earlier in the day and try to squeeze in your calories before you work out, if you work out at night. But, I try to only eat back 1/2 of my exercise calories. I am losing 1.5-2 pounds a week.....

I eat 1500 cals a day (after work out cals) work out 5 x a week, and get in as much "fun-ercize" on teh weekends as I can.
